Employee Workload Analysis at The Financial Services Authority Human Resources Management Directorate with Full Time Equivalent (FTE)

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) is a public institution that has statutory mandate to regulate and oversee the financial services sector protect consumers. At present time, experiencing positive developments so OJK also supporting this function by providing human resources. So there an increase in staff at resulting workload Directorate of Human Resources Management (DLSM) which managing On other hand, not yet calculated employee does have standardized method for calculating needs. This study aims analyze current employees with Full Time Equivalent (FTE) ideal needs as well provide strategies deal underload, normal, overloaded scale conditions Resource Authority. results research been done are 12 Overload category, 13 Normal 1 Underload category. Based on FTE calculation, it known shortage 23 people. several steps proposed meet equalize DLSM.
